Run the Setup File: Open the downloaded driver folder and run the .exe or setup file (often named "POS Printer Driver Setup").

These printers are notoriously picky about cheap USB cables; try a different port or cable if the computer doesn't "beep" when plugged in. Do you have the physical manual brand name
