The increasing frequency of extreme weather events and seismic activities in the Indonesian archipelago demands robust real-time data processing systems. This paper presents Megasoft-BMKG UPD (Unified Processing & Distribution), a software framework developed for the Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG). The system integrates multi-source observational data from weather stations, seismographs, tide gauges, and satellites. We describe its modular architecture, data ingestion pipeline, real-time quality control, update mechanism (UPD), and dissemination protocols. Performance evaluation shows a 40% reduction in latency for earthquake early warning messages and 30% improvement in weather forecast data consistency. The framework demonstrates how domain-specific software can bridge operational gaps in tropical geohazard monitoring.
