After flashing 2.240, Windows tells you it is not activated. The cause: The update changed the UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) of your motherboard. The fix: Run the Windows Activation Troubleshooter. Click "I changed hardware on this device recently" and select your old PC configuration. Microsoft servers will re-link your digital license to the new firmware signature.
