Inside your printer, there is an absorbent pad that catches excess ink during head cleaning cycles. Epson programs the printer to stop working after a certain amount of ink is flushed into these pads to prevent overflow (which would ruin your desk). In the program, choose from a dropdown list. Do not select L3110 or L3116 unless your version explicitly supports cross-model resetting. Selecting the wrong model can corrupt the EEPROM. Messages on your computer stating "A printer's ink
