Org Work [better]: Omega Scan
Here's a small collection of creative desktops made by the Rainmeter community.
HR receives 50 paper tax forms, non-disclosure agreements, and benefit enrollments. Manually, this takes 3 days to sort, scan, and enter into the HRIS. The Omega Solution: Using omega scan org work , an admin scans the entire batch. The system recognizes each form type via OCR, automatically names each file ("Jane_Doe_NDA.pdf"), and drops them into the correct employee digital folder. Simultaneously, it creates a "Welcome Task" for the IT team to set up a laptop. Time saved: 90%.
