Drumming is physical. When you hit a hard tom, the vibration travels through the rack and can vibrate the snare pad. A cheap interface will register two hits. The PS360 includes sophisticated algorithms to distinguish between a genuine stick hit and sympathetic vibration, resulting in a cleaner MIDI signal.
