Zombies in these lanes move 40% faster and have 30% more health. You must reconfigure your defenses on the fly, forcing you to move sunflowers to the back and heavy hitters (Gatling Peas, Winter Melons) to the front instantly.
Unlike standard hard modes, (sometimes referred to as the "Unnamed Mod" or "EX Plus" in various communities) is designed to be a "Kaizo" style experience where strategy and precision are mandatory. It features significantly beefed-up zombies, completely overhauled plant balancing, and levels that often require multiple attempts to master. Key Features of Update 1.28.1
