The story begins with Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell), a man wrongly convicted of murdering the Vice President's brother. Lincoln's brother, Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller), a genius engineer, gets himself incarcerated in Fox River State Penitentiary to help Lincoln escape.
