If your Program Files directory is corrupted or heavily restricted, try installing to a different location.
Sometimes antivirus software blocks the creation of new folders in the "Public Documents" or "Shared" folders . Try temporarily disabling it or adding an exception for the Soundtoys installer. Manual Folder Creation
