As I reflect on my summer vacation, I am reminded of the excitement and joy that filled my days. It was a time to unwind, recharge, and create unforgettable memories. This summer, I had the opportunity to experience a unique blend of lifestyle and entertainment, which made my vacation truly special.
The centerpiece of my summer entertainment was transforming my boring backyard into a private cinema. We bought a cheap projector and a white bedsheet. Every Friday night became “Fright or Fun Night.” We hung string lights, blew up an inflatable couch, and made gourmet popcorn with different seasonings (cheddar, caramel, and spicy chili). Watching Jaws while floating in the pool (on a raft) was the most meta-entertainment experience of my life. It turned a regular weekend into a community event.
