Some modern Dodi Repacks (particularly for titles like Starfield , Baldur’s Gate 3 , or Hogwarts Legacy ) ignore config files and rely on the game’s native menu.

If the game is already installed and running in the wrong language, the most reliable "pro" fix is editing the emulator configuration file in the game directory. Common Files : Look for steam_emu.ini uplay_r2.ini force_language.txt in the root folder or the subfolder. Right-click the file and select Open with Notepad Find the line Language=russian (or another language). Change it to Language=english and restart the game. 3. Integrated Language Selectors

You download a massive 60GB game, spend 20 minutes installing it, only to launch it and find menus in Russian, Chinese, or Spanish. You need English (or your native language), but the settings menu is either hard to navigate or entirely locked.

However, a common point of confusion for many users is language configuration. You download a 40GB game (unpacked to 120GB), install it, launch it... only to find the menus in Russian, Spanish, or Arabic. Or worse, the game launches in English, but the audio is dubbing in a language you don’t understand.

Many game launchers (like the one for The Witcher 3 or Cyberpunk ) have their own separate config file. Look for a file named launcher-config.xml or goggame-*.info and change the language entry there.
